Getting your goodies

Its simple. You place your order. Complete payment using one of the available payment methods offered. You'll receive an invoice with confirmation of payment by email, and we'll send you confirmation when your order has been dispatched. Then its just a case of thinking of something to do until your trucks arrive.

Our Return Policy

The Small Print

Refund/Return Policy: Original sales receipt must accompany your returns. UK customers can return items for exchange or refund up to 14 days of receiving their goods that they want to cancel. (Returns will not be accepted after the statutory defined 14 days 'cooling off period'.) Goods must be returned with 14 days of having notifying us of your return. Refunds to customers will be within 14 days of receiving the goods back, and we will offer a full refund less the shipping charges. (Breaches in the above may result in returns being rendered void, or delays in refund payment.) 


(International customers returns: Customers have 7 days upon receipt of their goods to notify us of a return. Returns will in turn be handled on an individual case-by-case basis. For accepted returns a 10% restocking fee will be taken for returned items that are not being exchanged. Shipping costs will not be refunded). 

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we have receive them. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.


The customer is responsible for all shipping costs unless otherwise advised during your return. 

We believe in good customer service at Stubby trucks and are always happy to help. If something is not as should be or doesn't function as should when you first try our product, we always try to assist as promptly as possible and where necessary and if possible we will send a new replacement Part.
